MY STORY

 For the first part of my career, I worked in schools across the country. I was a teacher, an administrator, and a leadership coach. I was able to work with kids at all ages, from pre-K all the way to seniors in high school. And during that time, I learned a lot about teenagers.

I learned what works with them - and what doesn’t. How to talk to them so they don’t shut down. What they need from adults, and what they don’t. 

Just like everything, I learned more about how teenagers “work” by being with them for years than I did from my Masters in Education.

I learned that they responded very well to the coaching strategies I was using as an executive coach. That's where I focus my attention now - coaching leaders in all kinds of organizations. I’ve spent the last 15 years coaching thousands of people into having better communication, using techniques I’ve learned through my experience and through my master coaching certifications.
